CBS PRE MIGRATION ACTIVITIES

The following CBS Pre Migration Activities to be done at HO/SOs where Sanchay Post is in use in connection with Core Banking Solutions.

1. All the passbooks in r/o all categories must be verified correctly with the balance available in your Sanchay Post Software by using Passbook Verification Tool

2. All the discrepancies showing in DBAnalyser must be cleared immediately.

3. The PANcard details must be mapped to the Agents in DBAnalyser.

4. All the Manual accounts available at your office which were not digitized must be segregated separately.

5. The index in r/o Manual accounts segregated must be fed in Excel Sheet

6. The customers having MIS accounts at your office may be asked to open SB Account for SI.

7. If the RD Loan A/cs completed to pay Loan, the Penal Interest must be collected immediately without waiting upto maturity.

8. MIS reporting must be done daily in CBS website i.e http://ptcinfo.org/cbsmonitoring.

9. The DPT file must be uploaded to dopmonitoring@gmail.com without fail.

10. All the SB3 cards in r/o all categories must be segregated in a line and kept 200 as bundle for scanning at CPCs in future.

COD ARTICLES - MOST IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

The pending COD articles must be completed by 31-03-2014 as per the guideliness issued in Directorate Letter.

After 31-03-2014 no eMO/VPMO/MO must be booked for the COD articles in any case.

After 31-03-2014 all the COD articles must be processed through Postman Module and the amount must be transmitted through ePayment only.

No COD article must be booked manually at your end on after 31-03-2014 onwards.

In case COD amount is not remitted through ePayment strict action will be taken against the responsible officials at fault.
