Very important: Instructions for SOL change/ ROLE change



Pl send the information in below fomat for SOL change / ROLE change request.

6. Multirole required :- Yes or NO ( For C class offices only )

Note:-  Pl note that when ever request sending for SOL change for one userid means , subsequently another userid deletion request should send for the official who is going on leave or deputing to another office. ( In case of C class offices )

Note:-  Pl note that all SOL change/ ROLE change requests should send one day before.  After registering the requests , next day user has to log in with their pass word and has to check the SOLID whether the SOL change has processsed or not.

Note: Next day still the SOLID has not changed for the registered Userid means , their is a mistake with user that user is having inventory in OLD SOLID.    Hence before sending SOL change/ROLE change request users must check that inventory should be clear.

Note:-  SOL change/ ROLE change requests received from Divisional SPOCs/Divisions only consider.  Requests received from Post Offices directly will not consider.
