TOOL FOR LINKING ADHAR NUMBERS TO SB ACCOUNTS

A Tool which was developed by SDC, Chennai for linking Adhar Numbers to SB Accounts is available in the website http://tamilnadupost.nic.in/sdc/sblan.htm for downloading. Please download the tool and use the same for linking the Adhar Numbers to the SB Accounts in Sanchay Post Software. If any problem please contact your Systems Administrators for guidance. 

INITIALIZATION OF HOLIDAYS IN SANCHAY POST SOFTWARE AND SUBACCOUNTS

Please initialize the holidays as per the list supplied by Divisional Office immediately in Sanchay Post Software & Sub Accounts before day begin.

Also intialize the week holidays i.e Sundays in Sanchay Post Software before day begin.

NEW IMO COMMISSION RATES

Directorate has changed the commission rates in respect of Instant Money Order from 22-12-2012 onwards and the rates are as follows

Rs.1000 to 10000  - 100/-
Rs.10001 to 30000 - 110/-
Rs.30001 to 50000 - 120/-

TRAINING TO SPM/PAs IN MEGHDOOT MODULES

Offices Identified for installation of ATMs

Directorate has identified 1000 post offices all over India towards installation of ATMs under Core Banking. The offices identified for installation of ATMs in respect of our Division are as follows.

1. Rajahmundry HO - Phase 1A
2. Ramachandrapuram HO - Phase 1A

Meeting with Secreatary(P) at CO

Circle Management Review by Secreatary(P) with all Divisional Heads is going to be conducted at CO from 04-06-2012 to 06-06-2012. As such all the Computerised Post Offices should send the DET on the same day itself without fail. Later eMO client / ePayment Client / RNET / SpeedNet / Adhar Cards delivery status should be updated by connecting to the central server without fail at any cost.
