DEPARTMENT IS GOING TO BE LAUNCH NEW SERVICE i.e PARCELNET FROM 02-12-2013 ONWARDS. NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS DONE IN THE SOFTWARE IS RELEASED. THE OPERATIONS TO BE PERFORMED IN MEGHDOOT AT POST OFFICES ARE AS FOLLOWS

MOBILE MONEY TRANSFER

As U all know that Department has launched a new service called MMTS i.e Mobile Money Transfer and necessary devices & trainings has been provided. Please mobilise the scheme at counters and do the transactions as many as U can.

NEW WEBSITE OF PTC MYSORE IN RESPECT OF TECHNOLOGY

PTC Mysore Vide .No.CEPT-1/2012 dated at Mysore 570 010 the 9-9-2013. The CEPT is hosting its official web site at http://cept.gov.in. The information that is being hosted on http://ptcinfo.org will be hosted henceforth on http://cept.gov.in. In future the website http://ptcinfo.org will contain information relating to the activities of Postal Training Center, Mysore only. All the information relating to the Technology, software, training modules, various MIS pages etc. will be available in future on http://cept.gov.in only.

AMC IN RESPECT OF UPS SYSTEMS

The Annual Maintenance Contract in r/o the UPS systems available at DO/ HOs / MDG / LSGSOs and Class A offices is approved for ONE year by the competant authority.

As per the orders of Circle Office Hyderabad, the Systems Administrators are directed to install a new communication i.e VAARADHI COMMUNICATION for uploading of Daily Account and LOTs to central server daily. If the installation is completed please use the communication only for sending Daily A/c and LOTs to HO without fail.
