TRAINING ON IT MODERNISATION PROJECT TO ALL OAs OF DO

Regional Office Visakhapatnam proposed to conduct a training on IT Modernisation Project to the Staff of Divisional Offices on 25-01-2014. As such the staff of our Rajahmundry DO has to attend training on 25-01-2014 from 1000AM to 1300PM at RO, Visakhapatnam.

LINKING OF SB ACCOUNTS TO AGENTS

In connection with CBS, linking of SB accounts to the Agents is Mandatory. As such please follow the below mentioned procedure to link the SB A/Cs to the concerned Agent.

1. Open latest DBAnalyser dtd 08/01/2014 and Select the option Miscellaneous then Click OK.

2. Click Linking of SB Account Number and PAN Number of Agents.

3. Press OK to show the Agent List .

4. Select Agent, then Seed Agent Details like PAN number and SB Act. No.

5. Press Update Details

VAARADHI COMMUNICATION

Vaaradhi Communication is restored at Circle Office and now it is working properly. The new exe is also replaced at all the offices. Therefore please send the Daily Accounts and LOTs through Vaaradhi Communication without fail.

REVISION OF HVMO LIMIT

DIRECTORATE VIDE F.NO: 6-2/2013-PO DTD 15/01/2014 HAS REVISED THE HVMO LIMIT INCLUDING VPMOs FROM Rs.400/- to Rs.1000/-.
