Department vide lr.no 18-09/2014-phil dated 06-02-2015 has dispatched souvenir sheets in respect of world cup 2015. The cost of the sheet is Rs.400/-. Commission at the rate of 10% will be paid for the sale of the sheets to the Postal Employees. As such please give wide publicity towards sale of World Cup Souvenir sheets. At present the sheets are available at both HOs of our Division.

Offices identified under Project Arrow Phase 9
The following offices under both HOs were identified under Project Arrow Phase 9 towards sending the DET to central server. The SAs were already directed to install the required software towards implementing the same at SOs. Therefore the offices has to run the AccountsMIS application at the end of days work towards reflection of office data to central server.

SPEED COD - WORKING PROCEDURE
1. Receive the article through Speed Bag
2. Scan the article at SPCOD transfer to Postman under Delivery option.
3. On receipt of the same pl transfer to Postman package.
4. After that invoice the same to postman in postman module.
5. At the end of day, take the returns in postman module.
6. Credit the amount at Teasury
7. On completion of the account, run epayment client for transmitting the data to central server.
8. If the article is not delivered after taking returns pl return the same through speednet module only.
9. Before closing of the bag, run the speednet communication without fail.
