The Following issues are reported by DMCC Chennai and requested to intimate to all the POs for information.
1. CCMM verification should be complete by 6 PM daily without fail. If the same is done in late hours the data will not be saved and card will not get activated.
2. During opening of SB / RD / TD accounts, while selecting BO option it was giving a message as "RICT Unique number is not entered do you want to proceed or not". Please select YES option and proceed further if RSI FSI roll out not happened.
Please follow the two instructions strictly while performing operations in Finacle.
