1. Please take the backup everyday without fail
2. Copy the same to the drive which was given to your office
3. Please change the passwords timely in all the modules.
4. Follow Shift Begin and Shift End sequence without fail
5. Maintain History sheets for the hardware available at your office
6. Please maintain Error Book for the problems committed at your end without fail
7. Don’t delete cheques unnecessarily in Treasury module at any cost
8. Don’t enter to the back dates in the server
9. Don’t misuse Broadband available at your office for downloading wallpapers / screensavers etc in the systems.
10. Preserve the CDs of the Hardware safely
