Regional office has instructed to submit all the consignee copies (I-Notes) & Installation Reports of the entire hardware which was supplied to Class C offices. Therefore please take necessary action towards submission of all original invoice copies of the Hardware (i.e Computers / Genset / Weighing Scales / UPS System) received to your office to this office by keeping xerox copies at your end without any delay.
